The second coronavirus tests of Fidesz Member of Parliament Csaba Hende and Parliamentary State Secretary at the Cabinet Office of the Prime Minister Csaba Dömötör, too, came back negative.

The government-party politicians announced this on their Facebook accounts.

Mr Hende wrote “let us continue to combine forces, let us follow the instructions of the disease control authorities, let us observe the rules”.

Mr Dömötör thanked everyone for their enquiries and messages of support, as well as those he had met during the days before he was required to retire to quarantine for their patience.

The two politicians retired to home quarantine after they had met Fidesz’s Director for Communications István Hollik who later tested positive for coronavirus infection.
