On Tuesday, Minister of State for Government Communication Bence Tuzson told public television channel M1 that it is appalling and shocking that the issue of the quota system is back on the agenda.
Mr. Tuzson said that under the umbrella of the Dutch presidency, certain politicians are trying to “smuggle” the issue of mandatory quotas back to the agenda of the European Council.
The resettlement of migrants would pose a threat to Hungary’s culture and economy, and it would also increase the threat of terrorism, the Minister of State explained.
