The position of the two parties is that Hungary and Poland are in complete agreement on the majority of issues related to the future of the European Union and the migrant crisis.

Mr. Orbán’s guest – who has held talks with both the President of Hungary and the Speaker of the National Assembly – was received by the Prime Minister in the Parliament building.

Mr. Orbán and Mr. Karczewski highlighted the importance of the Visegrád Four cooperation, in which the four Central European countries work together to strengthen the EU, based on the principle of “the nations of Europe”.
At the meeting the parties paid tribute to Hungarian-Polish links stretching back one thousand years, which can be seen as a good basis for further strengthening a friendly relationship and alliance unparalleled in the world.
