On Friday Government Spokesperson Zoltán Kovács told public television channel M1 that the amendment of over one hundred pieces of legislation related to reducing bureaucracy and the adoption of the act on e-administration are expected for next spring.
The Government Spokesperson explained that as a result of the package aimed at reducing bureaucracy, expenditure by citizens and enterprises related to state administration will decrease by HUF 10 billion. In order to achieve this, over one hundred pieces of legislation will have to be amended.
In addition to reducing bureaucracy, the Government also wishes to take significant steps towards switching to electronic administration, for example by expanding e-administration between authorities.
