The Cabinet has submitted Hungary’s Convergence Programme for 2016-2020 to the European Commission.
The Convergence Programme is a comprehensive outline of expected macro-economic processes in the next four years. Similarly to last year’s process, the Programme’s drafting ran parallel to the fiscal planning process.
In line with the usual practise, the Government also forwarded the National Reform Programme to the European Commission on 29 April 2016.
