“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade has summoned Germany’s Ambassador to Budapest with relation to Saturday’s statement by German politician Michael Roth”, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó announced on his Facebook page on Sunday.
“In view of Saturday’s statement by German social democratic Minister of State for Europe Michael Roth, in which he accused Hungary of being anti-Semitic, Germany’s Ambassador to Budapest has been summoned to attend a meeting at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade on Monday morning. “In view of the fact that I will already be in China at that time, the Ambassador will be received by Deputy Minister Levente Magyar”, he added.
