Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó and U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo will be holding talks in Washington on Wednesday, Minister of State for Communication and Parliamentary Coordination Tamás Menczer informed Hungarian news agency MTI.
According to the statement, the two NATO allies and strategic partners, the foreign ministers of Hungary and the United States, will be holding high-level consultations for the first time in many years. The agenda of the meeting includes bilateral relations and the fight against terrorism, as well as the challenges faced by our regions and times, Mr. Menczer told the press.
