Hungary condemns in the strongest terms the terrorist attack in the Jordanian city of Karak on 18 December, which claimed the lives of Jordanian security personnel, civilians and a foreign tourist, and left many others wounded.

We express our condolences to the families of the victims and emphasise our commitment to international action against terrorism. We confirm our support for the people and administration of Jordan in the interests of the country’s internal stability and maintaining its key role in the region.
