Europe is currently defenceless, since terror organisations can easily use the migrant crisis to “deliver their fighters” to Europe, they explained.
They emphasised that Hungary continues to support the European and Euro Atlantic integration of Macedonia, which is essential for the stability of the region.
“The Government of Hungary believes that it is nonsense that Macedonia has been an official EU candidate for almost 11 years, and yet accession talks haven’t even started yet; we therefore call for starting them this year”, Mr. Szijjártó said.
The two Ministers also talked about involving Hungarian companies in investments related to the development of Macedonia’s energy system, the statement reads.

The Hungarian Prime Minister also called for the Euro Atlantic integration of the Western-Balkan country. He said that today there is a “gaping hole” between Hungary and Greece.
