The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade was shocked to learn about the coach accident which occurred in Bulgaria on Saturday afternoon, and in which – according to the latest information – at least sixteen people lost their lives and many were injured.

Our consular services are continuously in contact with the local authorities. According to their information, no Hungarian nationals were involved in the tragedy. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade wishes to take this opportunity to offer its condolences to relatives of the victims, and to wish the injured a swift recovery.
