“Following talks lasting throughout the day, the Slovakian government has agreed to allow Czech and Hungarian citizens travelling between the Czech Republic and Hungary to cross its territory on both the outbound and return journey, providing they spend no longer than 48 hours in Slovakia”, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó announced on his Facebook page on Tuesday evening.

According to the Minister’s post, from midnight on Tuesday it will become possible for Czech, Hungarian and Slovakian citizens to visit the territory of each other’s countries for a period not exceeding 48 hours.
