Hungary welcomes that the five-day ceasefire in Yemen allowed for an improved access of the humanitarian organizations, the delivery of food, medical supplies, fuel and other essential items to the people in dire need.

We urge all parties to return to the negotiations and continue their efforts to find a lasting end to this crisis. Hungary considers the Yemeni Reconciliation Conference in Riyadh as an important beginning to the political process, which should be continued as a UN guided process of national dialogue.
