Hungary’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade was shocked and saddened to learn of the earthquakes which hit the island of Kyushu on 14 April, and which have killed at least 42 people.
On behalf of Hungary, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade expresses its solidarity with the families of the victims and with the people of Japan. We sincerely hope that the persistence of search groups and rescue teams will result in the rescue of more survivors.
