The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade strongly condemns the horrendous terrorist attack committed by extremists in Christchurch, New Zealand on 15 March 2019, which claimed 49 lives and left many people injured.

Hungary deeply condemns this inhuman act and is fully committed to continuing to work in close collaboration with the international community in the fight against all forms of terrorism. We would like to express our deepest condolences to the families of the victims and wish the injured a speedy recovery.
