According to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights is doing the same thing as Green Party MEP Judith Sargentini and all the other pro-immigration politicians: it is attacking Hungary for not allowing in illegal immigrants.

In a statement to Hungarian news agency MTI on Tuesday, Péter Szijjártó reacted to the fact that in a press statement issued earlier today the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights expressed its grave concerns with relation to the latest measures introduced by the Hungarian Government against migrants and civil society.

The “pro-immigration heavy artillery” has come out in force against Hungary, “they will stop at nothing” and will deploy everything to flood Hungary and all of Europe with immigrants, the Minister continued, adding that in his opinion the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights is representing George Soros and the interests of immigrants, just as Judith Sargentini and her friends in ideology.

“The Hungarian Government will continue to protect Hungary’s borders and regard the organisation of illegal immigration as a serious crime, which it will sanction accordingly”, Mr. Szijjártó stressed.

“We will be informing the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights that security is the most fundamental of human rights, and the people of Europe have the right to live in safety”, the Minister wrote. “We insist on this right and will continue to protect the security of the Hungarian people, and by doing so are also protecting all of Europe”.
