Malaysia’s Higher Education Minister Dato’ Seri Idris bin Jusoh and on behalf of the Ministry of Human Capacities Ambassador Attila Káli signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Higher Education between the two countries in Kuala Lumpur on 23 February 2018. As part of education cooperation between the two countries, Hungary offers 40 full scholarships to Malaysian students to attend BA, MA and PhD programmes in Hungarian institutions of higher education.
