Foreign trade between Indonesia and Hungary may increase ten-fold within two to three years, and Hungarian exports may reach HUF 400 billion, the Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade told the Hungarian news agency MTI from Jakarta.
“IT Services Hungary Limited (ITSH) will be creating 360 news jobs at its premises in Szeged, Debrecen and Pécs with an investment of 4.6 billion forints (EUR 15M)”, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó announced at a press conference.
“Since Tunisia has the most stable political system in the region, it is the fundamental interests of the EU and Hungary for Tunisia’s political and economic stability to be maintained”, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó said in Budapest following a meeting with his Tunisian counterpart.
Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó regards it as a huge success that Hungary has been chosen from among the group of Eastern and Central European countries to be awarded membership of the UN Human Rights Council.
“The European Union must conclude the trade agreements with the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean to enable the enforcement of the interests of Hungarian enterprises in the region”, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó told Hungarian news agency MTI in a telephone statement on Wednesday.
According to Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó, it is frustrating for Hungary that no agreement has been reached on the planned Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) between the European Union and Canada in Belgium’s French-speaking Walloon Region.
In an interview with Canadian television station CBC, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó said that at present Europe must address at least five or six great challenges.
According to Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó, who is on an official visit to Canada, it is in Hungary’s interests that the free trade agreement between the European Union and Canada should come about.
