Hungary’s two largest Chinese investors, Huawei Technologies and Wanhua-BorsodChem, have concluded a strategic agreement on raising the level of technology of Hungarian production to the highest possible level, which according to Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó confirms the success of Hungary’s Eastern Opening policy.

“Europe is in its twenty-fourth hour; the prerequisite for halting the terror is the stopping of illegal immigration”, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó said in a statement issued by the Ministry to Hungarian news agency MTI on Tuesday.
“It is unacceptable that fear has instilled itself into the everyday lives of the people of Europe, and for this reason we must restore legal order; nothing van be more important that the safety of the European people”, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade said in a statement to Hungarian news agency MTI on Monday.
“It is the firm position of the Hungarian Government that order must be restored in Europe”, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó declared in reaction to the Friday shootings in Munich.
The Government of Hungary expresses its deep shock and condolences to the families of the victims of the Munich shootings on 22 June 2016, and wishes the injured a speedy recovery.
“The events of recent weeks and months clearly indicate that the European way of life requires protection”, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó said at a press conference in Dunakeszi, near Budapest, on Sunday.
Hungary condemns the terrorist attack committed in Kabul on 23 July in the strongest terms and expresses its continued support for the Government of Afghanistan in its fight against terrorism.
