“Samsung SDI will be expanding its battery production plant in Göd with an investment of 390 billion forints (EUR 1.17 billion), creating 1200 new jobs”, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó said at a press conference on Thursday in Budapest.
“Hungary regards the fact that Washington has introduced sanctions against two Turkish ministries and three Turkish ministers in response to the Turkish offensive in north-eastern Syria to be an American-Turkish issue”, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó told reporters on Tuesday in Baku, Azerbaijan, where he held bilateral talks with Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu on the sidelines of a session of the Turkic Council.

“Chinese-owned transport safety equipment manufacturer Joyson Safety Systems Hungary Ltd. will be expanding its plant in Miskolc; the value of the investment is 16 billion forints (EUR 50 million)”, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó announced at a press conference in Budapest on Friday.
“A new era began in the life of the Hungarian community in Vojvodina with the launching of the Hungarian government’s Economic Development Programme in 2016, which the Serbian government also accepted, and it has since transpired that in addition to Vojvodina, both Serbia and Hungary are also gaining from the Programme”, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó emphasised in Senta (Zenta) on Friday, where he gave a speech at the signing ceremony of contracts being concluded within the framework of the Vojvodina Economic Development Programme.
