Minister of Human Capacities Prof. Dr. Miklós Kásler received Montenegro’s Minister of Culture Aleksandar Bogdanović in his office on Sunday. At the meeting, the two ministers determined that the dynamic development of Hungarian-Montenegrin bilateral relations is an outstanding example of the reinforcement of dialogue between cultural ministries.

At the meeting, Aleksandar Bogdanović stated that significant progress has been realised with relation to all previously agreed areas of cooperation. There are continuous negotiations concerning the Montenegrin transposition of the extremely successful Hungarian classical music talent show “Virtuosos”, as well as with relation to a planned cinematographic agreement and the establishment of a joint film studio. The ministers also discussed possible cooperation between their respective national archives.

Prof. Dr. Miklós Kásler has met his Montenegrin counterpart twice since his visit to Podgorica in February; in September, and now again in November in Budapest. The ministers determined that the dynamic development of Hungarian-Montenegrin bilateral relations is an outstanding example of the reinforcement of dialogue between cultural ministries.
