In 2012, the National Assembly declared 25 November the national Day of Remembrance for Political Prisoners and Forced Labourers Deported to the Soviet Union.
President of the Foundation for the Commemoration of the Victims of the Gulags Jolán Nagyné Pintér, Gulag survivor Árpád Galgúczy and Parliamentary State Secretary Pál Völner from the Ministry of Justice will make speeches at the Memorial Stone to the Victims of the Gulag.
