The Dutch man who – by his own account – came into contact with an infected person in the Netherlands two weeks ago is already being tested in the Szent László Hospital, and at this point in time, he is not feeling well.

At 9 a.m. this morning, the forty-year-old Dutch man went to the surgery at Budapest 18th district, Thököly út 3. for a check-up where he told the physician that approximately two weeks before he had come into contact in the Netherlands with a patient infected with the novel coronavirus. He asked for medical attention because he was not feeling well and had a temperature. His attending physician told him that he had to be quarantined. The man left the surgery and presented himself at the Szent László Hospital at 2.20 p.m. He is currently being tested.

We repeatedly wish to ask anyone who believes that they may be potentially infected with the coronavirus not to see a doctor in person, but to phone their general practitioner.
