According to the communication of the Hungarian National Police’s communication services, 30 police officers are travelling to Macedonia and another 15 to Serbia in the interest of preventing and uncovering illegal border crossing attempts. They will also take part in the detention of people smugglers and illegal migrants. Members of the missions will be serving not only in the immediate vicinity of the borders, but also around main roads and inferior roads situated further away from the borders.
