According to the Chief Security Advisor to the Prime Minister György Bakondi, the criminal proceedings of recently apprehended Syrian terrorist Hassan F. will take place in Hungary, because although he is not a Hungarian citizen and did not commit his crimes in Hungary, what he perpetrated is also a crime in Hungary.
Speaking on Hungarian M1 television’s Friday evening current affairs program, Mr. Bakondi recalled: “There have for a long time been pieces of information and estimates with relation to the number of terrorists or suspected terrorists who have succeeded in entering Europe since 2015”. As an example, he cited the perpetrators of the Bataclan massacre.
With relation to Hassan F, he said: “For some reason the man arrived in Greece, where he applied for and was given political asylum”.
“In addition, he also received a debit card, meaning it is not true that everyone who received such a card is vetted”, he stated.
“The terrorist was identified by the Counter-Terrorism Centre at the request of the Belgian authorities, in view of the fact that two witnesses are involved in the procedure in Belgium”.
According to the Chief Security Advisor, a defected Islamist is assisting the Belgian, and therefore also the European, authorities, in addition to which there is a witness to the fact that the captured Syrian was involved in committing murder.
With relation to the migrant caravans being organised in Greece, he said: “Preparations must be made along the Balkan migration route.
He said that in his opinion Western Europe is finding this difficult to talk about this, because they wanted to avoid migration being a topic at all”, he said. “The thousands of illegal border crossers preparing to travel through Europe do not fit into this plan, and accordingly it is also not appearing in Western mainstream media”, he added.
