The Chief Security Advisor to the Prime Minister said on Kossuth Radio’s programme 180 Minutes: George Soros’s partners will hear representatives of the organisations financed by the billionaire at the meeting of the European Parliament’s committee.

György Bakondi spoke about this because the European Parliament Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (LIBE) will hold a hearing on the situation in Hungary on Thursday.

The hearing will be attended, among others, by Márta Pardavi, co-chair of the Hungarian Helsinki Committee, Gábor Polyák, head of the Mérték Media Monitor workshop, and Miklós Szánthó, Director of the Center for Fundamental Rights.

The chief advisor said: a rather fascinating situation will emerge as several of the members of the Committee are featured on the recently leaked list of Brussels politicians “guided by George Soros”.

Due to MEPs who seek to incorporate the Soros plan into the European Union’s official policy, Hungary’s migration policy has been under constant attack ever since 2015, Mr Bakondi stressed. He added that the opinions of the 2.3 million people who completed the national consultation questionnaire provide a huge amount of support for Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijártó who will represent the Hungarian Government in the hearing.

The chief advisor said on the public service television news channel M1 that the pressure of migration is not abating at the Hungarian border, and there are still migrants who attempt to cross the border every day. The Greek islands are also overwhelmed as illegal immigrants are coming from Turkey on an ongoing basis, and the number of migrants arriving in Spain has multiplied as well, he added.
