Minister of State for Public Services Bence Tuzson at the Prime Minister’s Office has instructed the Metropolitan Government Office to conduct an investigation with immediate effect in connection with the incidents that occurred on flight number FR 5096 of Ryanair from Amman to Budapest on 27 July 2019.
As part of the consumer protection investigation, it is the authority’s task to uncover whether the airline provided adequate information for its customers and whether it duly met its obligation to provide assistance. In each and every instance, we take stringent action against the misleading of passengers as well as against any unlawful practice manifested to their detriment.
