The basic tenet of the Hungary Helps Programme is that help must be taken where there are problems, rather than bringing problems here. This is why the Hungarian government provides help for Jordanian and Palestinian educational institutions operated by the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem which have in recent months found themselves in a hopeless situation.

With assistance provided in a region which constitutes one of the sources of the pressure of migration weighing on Hungary, we are able to curb the process which has caused us to face formidable challenges in the past few years. By supporting vocational training, we can offer a chance to young people living there to choose to stay in their native land.

The Hungarian government supports the project which is designed to alleviate the pressure of migration with HUF 308 million.
