On Thursday, in the Carmelite Monastery in Budapest, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán and Bram Schot, Chairman of the Audi Board of Management had talks about Audi Hungaria’s results and plans, Bertalan Havasi, the Prime Minister’s press chief informed the Hungarian news agency MTI on Thursday.
The meeting was also attended by Minister for Innovation and Technology László Palkovics, Mayor of Győr Zsolt Borkai, Róbert Ésik, President of the Hungarian Investment Promotion Agency (HIPA), Peter Kössler, Member of Audi AG’s Board of Management for Production and Logistics, and Achim Heinfling, Managing Director of Audi Hungaria Zrt.
Since his appointment, this was the first time Bram Schot has had talks with representatives of the Hungarian government. After a personal introduction, he outlined Audi Hungaria’s results to Mr Orbán. At the meeting, the parties further discussed the competitiveness criteria of Hungary as an investment target that are relevant for the company, the press chief said.
