Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has arrived in Brussels where on Thursday and Friday he will attend the working meeting of the European Council comprised of the heads of state and government of EU Member States.
Topics of the EU summit include the debate on the prospective leaders of the EU, climate policy, sanctions against Russia, financial and budgetary issues concerning the EU and the Eurozone, and Brexit.
Prior to the Thursday summit, at a separate meeting, the prime ministers of the Visegrád Four – Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary and Slovakia – will consult with respect to the common V4 position to be represented in the debates.
