Prime Minister Viktor Orbán invited the Grand Mufti of Bosnia and Herzegovina Husein Kavazović to Budapest on a working visit.
The Islamic cleric attended a banquet with the Prime Minister in Parliament, and then travelled to Baranya County, where he held talks with leaders of the County and the City of Pécs. He was also scheduled to give a presentation at the University of Pécs, entitled “Islam in the Balkans”. Mr. Kavazović will also visit the most significant Islamic memorials in Baranya County.

The most important topics of Mr. Kavazović’s discussions include Hungarian-Bosnian relations in the past and the present, European prospects for Bosnian Muslims and possible solutions to the problems Europe currently faces.
