Prime Minister Viktor Orbán told newspaper Magyar Idők that the construction of the border barrier must be accelerated.

On Monday Prime Minister Viktor Orbán Viktor and Minister of the Prime Minister’s Office János Lázár made an unannounced visit to the Mórahalom-Röszke region to inspect the border.

The visit has convinced Mr. Orbán that the construction must be accelerated, for which large numbers of personnel will be needed. In its Tuesday edition, the newspaper Magyar Idők wrote that he said everybody will have to prepare for intensive work in the weeks ahead.
