Bertalan Havasi, the Prime Minister’s press chief, has told kormany.hu that on Friday morning Prime Minister Viktor Orbán received deputy speakers from the Polish, German and Austrian legislatures in the Parliament building in Budapest.
Maria Koc (Deputy Marshal of the Senate of Poland), Karlheinz Kopf (Second President of the National Council of Austria) and Johannes Singhammer (Vice-President of Germany’s Bundestag) are taking part in informal talks in Budapest. Mr. Havasi reported that the parties discussed current European affairs and ideas regarding the future of Europe with Prime Minister Viktor Orbán.
The meeting was also attended by Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Gergely Gulyás.
