The Government has lodged an official complaint against unknown perpetrators with relation to manifestations aimed at diminishing the credibility of the National Consultation, and the taking and making public of falsified images suitable for defaming character.
“We ask that all Members of Parliament and responsible political figures hear the voice of the Hungarian people, who in contrast to the opposition parties do not want Hungary to become an immigrant country”, the Cabinet Office of the Prime Minister’s Parliamentary State Secretary Csaba Dömötör said in a pre-agenda speech on Monday in Parliament, drawing the attention of opposition parties to the partial results of the National Consultation.
“Based on the partial processing of National Consultation data, the overwhelming majority of people have said no to the Soros Plan”, Minister of State for Government Communication Bence Tuzson said on Sunday in Budapest.
“The rate of unemployment in Hungary is continuously decreasing, and the number of people in employment is increasing”, Minister of State for Government Communication Bence Tuzson said on Kossuth Radio’s Sunday morning show.
On Saturday, the Government said thank you to every citizen who took part in the National Consultation, and who according to the Cabinet Office of the Prime Minister’s Parliamentary State Secretary Csaba Dömötör reinforced democratic dialogue in Hungary by doing so.
“2.2 million people have returned their National Consultation questionnaires so far”, Minister of State for Government Communication Bence Tuzson said at a press conference in Budapest on Wednesday.
In view of the fact that National Consultation questionnaires are still being returned in huge numbers, the Government is extending the deadline for their submission by a week. Accordingly, the questionnaires may now be sent back by return post until 1 December (next Friday).
Over 1.7 million people have voiced their opinion so far; never before have so many Hungarians taken part in a National Consultation.
According to Minister of State for Government Communication Bence Tuzson, it is regrettable that Hungarian left-wing MEPs also voted for the points of the Soros Plan.
“George Soros held a briefing in Brussels and the European Parliament acted accordingly when it voted in favour of the mandatory resettlement quota with no upper threshold”, Minister heading the Cabinet Office of the Prime Minister Antal Rogán said on Echo Tv’s Friday evening current affairs program.
