Viktor Orbán travels to Sofia

In a speech at the Hungarian-Serbian business forum on Friday, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán said that the planned cooperation between Hungary and Romania related to the supply of natural gas will result in Hungary’s excessive reliance on Russian gas ending by 2022. In the upcoming period this will require the establishment of the capacities needed for the transportation of gas, he stated.

Hungary to prepay Paks II loan

In Veszprém, at the 51st annual general meeting of the Association of Cities with County Rights, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán declared that Europe cannot be successful without successful nation states, and the world cannot be successful without a successful Europe. He added that towns and cities cannot be successful without successful villages and families, and that “to us, Hungary comes first”.
