Confirming reports by news portal Magyar Idők, the Prime Minister’s Press Chief Bertalan Havasi has told Hungarian news agency MTI that Prime Minister Viktor Orbán will make his annual state of the nation address on 28 February at the Royal Castle Garden Bazaar in Budapest.
