First Hungarian patient has died

We regret to inform members of the public that on Sunday a man aged 75 who was transported to the South Pest Central Hospital with symptoms of coronavirus infection and pneumonia died, the Government Communications Centre informed the Hungarian news agency MTI, adding that the patient died after he was taken to hospital.

Due to the spread of the coronavirus, in its Decision No. 1102/2020 on the introduction of a new working procedure in public education and vocational training institutions due to the coronavirus, the government decided on the introduction of a digital distance (outside the classroom) working procedure for schools.
