“Jean-Claude Juncker is the sound of pro-immigration Brussels, and we have become used to the Commission repeatedly attacking because it is not pro-immigration; what they want to achieve is for us to demolished the fence and allow the migrants in”, the Ministry of Justice’s Parliamentary State Secretary Pál Völner said in an interview for Hungarian political daily Magyar Idők.
At the press conference, Minister of Justice László Trócsányi also spoke about the fact that Hungary could expect further legal battles, adding that it was regrettable that the Court had ignored Hungary’s legally sound arguments and had decided that the fundamental stipulations of EU law may be disregarded.
“In view of the increasing number of terrorist attacks in Western Europe, Hungarian law enforcement authorities must also identify, and if needed weed out, suspected terrorists living in the European Union”, the Ministry of Justice’s Parliamentary State Secretary and Deputy Minister Pál Völner said in an interview for Hungarian daily Magyar Idők (Hungarian Times).
“The Government will not back down in the quota case and has also made this absolutely clear in its reply to the European Commission”, the Ministry of Justice’s Minister of State for European and International Judicial Cooperation declared at a press conference in Budapest on Wednesday.
Hungary sent its replies to the European Commission in the infringement procedures instituted on account of the NGO law and the higher education legislation on Monday, and in these we demonstrated that the restrictions which the Commission found objectionable are necessary and proportionate, the Parliamentary State Secretary of the Ministry of Justice said at his press conference held in Budapest.
Based on the proposal of the Ministry of Justice, Parliament has passed the law on civil proceedings, the law on criminal proceedings, the law on public administration proceedings and the law on general public administration procedures during this governmental cycle.
According to the Parliamentary State Secretary of the Ministry of Justice, all EU institutions, including the European Court, are working towards the implementation of the Soros plan.

According to Deputy Justice Minister Pál Völner, the European Commission is holding a kind of show trial with regard to the quota, in view of the fact that it has not launched infringement proceedings against every state that is not conforming to the related resolution. “The standpoint of the Commission is ‘in line with the will of George Soros’, who wants Brussels to adopt his own migration plan”, he highlighted.
