NFCSO finds another batch of fipronil-contaminated eggs

The laboratory of the National Food Chain Safety Office (NFCSO) has found another batch of eggs contaminated with fipronil, with an identification number 3HU1503T03/4, during the course of the targeted testing of eggs and egg products ordered in early August. The food safety authority has immediately begun investigations into the source and method of contamination, in addition to which it has ordered the eggs to be withdrawn from the market.
