Great War centenary – Government supports the idea of a WW1 memorial in Budapest

The Government supports the proposal of the Centenary Memorial Committee to establish a central memorial in Budapest dedicated to the heroes of the World War I, Parliamentary State Secretary Bence Rétvári from the Ministry of Human Capacities said on Tuesday at the opening of an exhibition entitled “A new world is born – European war between brothers” at the Castle Bazaar.

The deficit of the central sub-sector of the state budget was HUF 823.3bn at the end of June 2015. Within that, the central sub-sector closed the month with a deficit of HUF 868.1bn, while Social Security Funds and Extra Budgetary State Funds posted surpluses of HUF 15bn and HUF 29.8bn, respectively.
